The business model is simple: customers browse sneakers, place orders, pay online, and I source the products directly from suppliers in China before delivering them to customers in Zambia. Main Features - Clean and modern sneaker store design. - Homepage with featured and latest sneakers. - Categories (Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Jordan, Puma, etc.). - Search and filter by size, brand, color, gender, and price. - High-quality product images with multiple photos. - Product descriptions, available sizes, and prices in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). - Wishlist and shopping cart. - Customer account registration and login. - Secure checkout process. Payment Methods The website should support local Zambian mobile money payments: - Airtel Money - MTN MoMo Customers should receive an order confirmation after successful payment. Order Process 1. Customer selects sneakers. 2. Customer places an order. 3. Customer pays using Airtel Money or MTN MoMo. 4. I receive the order notification. 5. I purchase the sneakers from my suppliers in China. 6. The sneakers are shipped to Zambia. 7. I deliver them to the customer.
