I run an export company specialising in freeze-dried fruits and vegetables. Orders have yet to take off, so I’m looking for someone who can simultaneously amplify our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn while also acting as our dedicated Customs House Agent for every bit of EXIM paperwork and clearance. On the social side, both platforms matter equally to me. I’ll rely on you to craft and schedule engaging posts on LinkedIn that speak to wholesale buyers, then follow through by connecting with those prospects and nurturing the conversation. Over on Instagram, I want fresh, visually striking content published regularly and a well-planned ad strategy that brings qualified leads to the inbox. Consistent branding, smart use of hashtags, Meta Ads Manager know-how and a clear eye on analytics are all must-haves. The EXIM component is just as important. I need a licensed CHA (or someone partnered with one) who can prepare documentation, coordinate with customs, manage logistics partners and ensure every shipment of freeze-dried produce leaves India and reaches its destination without delays. Deliverables I expect: • Weekly content calendar covering both Instagram and LinkedIn • Minimum two LinkedIn posts per week plus proactive outreach to targeted buyers • Three to five Instagram posts or Reels weekly, with ad campaigns set up and optimised • Full customs and logistics handling for each export consignment, including clearance, duties, and compliance paperwork Success for me looks like a growing social audience that converts to purchase enquiries and export shipments that clear customs smoothly.
