Day to day you’ll take charge of the account: drafting a monthly content calendar, designing eye-catching visuals in Canva, writing captions that match our brand voice, scheduling posts through the tool you prefer, and responding to comments and DMs to keep the conversation flowing. Although Instagram is the main arena, I don’t want the momentum on LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok to stall, so expect to repurpose the best assets for those feeds and suggest lightweight tweaks that fit each audience. Campaigns should be tracked in real time; I need weekly updates on reach, follower growth, and lead-generating actions so we can adjust quickly. Show me what you’ve done before—screenshots, links, or brief case studies outlining growth results are ideal.
