We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Growth Specialist to organically grow our brand across Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, and LinkedIn. This role focuses entirely on organic growth. No Meta Ads or paid advertising experience is required. Responsibilities Develop and execute an organic social media growth strategy. Grow Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, and LinkedIn organically. Plan monthly content calendars aligned with our luxury brand identity. Research trends, hashtags, keywords, and viral content opportunities. Write SEO-friendly captions and optimize content for discoverability. Increase engagement through community management and audience interaction. Collaborate with content creators and video editors to maximize reach. Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance. Build collaborations with wedding planners, influencers, photographers, luxury venues, and premium brands. Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithm changes. Requirements Proven experience growing brands organically on social media. Strong understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Experience with content planning and analytics. Knowledge of luxury, lifestyle, wedding, or gifting brands is a plus. Self-motivated, creative, and proactive.
