This is for a consumer service app launching in India. Brand name and full details will be shared with the selected freelancer after finalization (NDA required). Please don't ask for the brand name in your proposal. WHAT WE NEED: An experienced social media person to fully handle our Instagram and Facebook pages — content creation, posting, and page management — built around an original brand character. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. CREATE AN ORIGINAL BRAND CHARACTER - Design a NEW, original mascot/character for our brand (not copied from any existing character/IP — must be 100% original so we own it) - The character will be the face of all our content: reels, posts, stories - Style: strong, trustworthy, and likeable (brand tone will be shared after NDA) - Full rights/ownership of the character transfer to us 2. CONTENT CADENCE (WEEKLY) - IMAGES/STATIC POSTS: 2-3 per week (creative posts, awareness, trust-building, festival/topical) - VIDEO/REEL: 1 per week featuring the SAME character consistently (same look, voice/personality across all videos) - Video mix: awareness reels, how-it-works explainers, trust-building content, trending-format adaptations in our character's style - All content optimized for IG + FB (9:16 for reels, captions/subtitles in Hindi + English) - That's roughly 8-12 images + 4 videos per month 3. PAGE MANAGEMENT - Set up/polish both pages (bio, highlights, cover, pinned content) - Posting, captions, hashtags, basic community management (replying to comments/DMs with our guidance) - Monthly performance report (reach, followers, engagement, best/worst content) 4. LOCATION-TARGETED CONTENT - Content will target specific Indian cities (shared after finalization) — content should feel local and relevant - NOTE: We will run all paid ads OURSELVES. Your scope is content + organic page management only. You may be asked to size/format creatives for our ad campaigns. PAYMENT STRUCTURE (IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE BIDDING): - A monthly budget will be agreed upfront, but payment is released via MILESTONES ON A PER-POST BASIS — each approved image and each approved video releases its milestone - In your proposal, quote: (a) your price PER IMAGE POST, (b) your price PER VIDEO/REEL, and (c) the resulting monthly total at the cadence above - No lump-sum advance; work is paid as it's delivered and approved via Freelancer.com milestones WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL: - Start your proposal with the word "CHARACTER" so we know you read this - 2-3 examples of pages you've managed (with results if possible) - 1-2 examples of character/mascot-based content you've created - Your per-image and per-video price + monthly total - Your content team setup (do you design/animate/voice yourself or with a team?) TERMS: - NDA before brand details are shared - All content and the character are our property (full IP transfer) - Ongoing monthly engagement; per-post milestone payments via Freelancer.com only - Hindi + English content ability required We're looking for someone who can OWN this — bring ideas, not just execute orders.
