I'm looking for a skilled social media manager to promote my podcast across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Your work will be crucial in helping me drive podcast listens. Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation: Design captivating posts, stories, and videos that reflect our podcast's theme and engage our audience. - Posting and Scheduling: Strategically schedule and post content to maintain a consistent online presence. - Engagement and Community Management: Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages via Publer, and cultivate a community around our podcast. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven track record in growing podcast or similar content engagement. - Expertise in social media platforms, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. - Able to use Publer to schedule content and manage engagement across the platforms - Strong content creation skills, with an eye for design and trends. - Excellent communication skills for community engagement. - Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies for optimal growth. Please note that usernames and passwords of social media accounts will not be shared with the SMM. No Facebook is needed Please note that experience working knowledge of developing growth strategies and implementing them is key to success in this role. Looking forward to your proposals!
