Descripción de la oferta
ScaleMax Marketingg LLP is a growth-focused marketing agency running social media, SEO, and RevOps for a growing portfolio of D2C and B2B clients. We are hiring a full-time Social Media Manager to own social media end-to-end: strategy, creation, design, video editing, scheduling, and growth across our agency and our clients' accounts. This is not a content-scheduling role. We need someone who can look at a brand, understand its audience, develop a content strategy, design posts that stop the scroll, edit reels that people actually watch, write captions that convert, and build accounts that grow. If your best work is scheduling posts someone else designed, this is not the right fit. If you have built accounts, grown audiences, and have the numbers and portfolio to prove it, keep reading. What You Will Be Doing: Managing social media channels end-to-end across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and Google My Business for our agency and client accounts Developing and maintaining monthly content calendars aligned to brand strategy and business goals Designing static posts, carousels, stories, and other visual formats using provided brand assets and asset libraries Editing short-form video and Reels from stock footage and assets provided by clients and our agency Writing all captions, copy, and hashtag sets: platform-appropriate, brand-consistent, and audience-first Developing and executing growth strategies for each account, not just posting, but building Scheduling and publishing content across platforms Reporting on performance biweekly and monthly: what worked, what did not, what changes next month What We Need From You: Design and Creation Strong visual design skills: you can take brand colours, fonts, and assets and produce posts that look professional and on-brand without being handed a template Proficiency in Canva, Adobe tools, or equivalent, whichever produces the best output Short-form video editing for Reels and similar formats using provided footage An eye for what performs visually on each platform: what works on LinkedIn does not work on Instagram, and you know the difference Copy and Strategy: Strong caption and copywriting: not generic, not AI-sounding, platform-native Ability to develop a content strategy from a brand brief and stick to it Hashtag research and application Growth mindset: you think about reach, engagement, follower quality, and account health, not just post count Experience: Prior brand-side social media experience: you have managed accounts, not just assisted A portfolio that shows your design work, your video edits, and the accounts you have grown Proof of growth: follower growth, engagement rate improvement, reach increases, real numbers, not claims Platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Google My Business: comfortable managing all five What This Role Is Not: Not an AI content generation role: we want your creative judgment, not only prompts and paste Not a scheduling-only role: you own the full process from strategy to publishing to reporting Not a part-time or hybrid arrangement: this is full-time, remote, with daily meetings Probation and Compensation 3-month probation period INR 20,000 to 40,000 per month Full-time, remote. Working hours: 12 PM to 9 PM IST, Monday to Friday. Reports to CEO, ScaleMax Marketingg LLP How to Apply: Moodboard Exercise Before we get on a call, we want to see how you think and how you design. Visit scalemaxmarketing.com and submit the following as part of your proposal: A moodboard for ScaleMax Marketingg LLP showing how you would represent our brand on social media: colour direction, typography in use, visual language, and tone. Show how these elements live in real layouts, not just swatches. Two to three sample image posts designed for ScaleMax, ready to publish. These should reflect a sharp, confident, modern agency that works with real businesses and gets results. The content and visual language should speak to business owners and marketing decision makers. Your moodboard and sample posts carry the most weight in our evaluation. We want to see that you can interpret a brief, make independent creative decisions, and produce work that actually looks like it belongs to a brand. Submit your moodboard, sample posts, and portfolio link in your proposal. Proposals without all three will not be reviewed.
