What I’m looking for you to handle: • A cohesive strategy that maps out content pillars, paid-ads funnels, and key KPIs tied directly to online sales. • Weekly creative production—short-form video, carousel imagery, stories, and captions—that feels at home in the design world and meets brand guidelines. • Full ad-manager execution, from audience research and split-testing to budget pacing, ROAS tracking, and ongoing optimisation. • Community management that keeps comments answered, DMs nurtured, and every prospective buyer feeling heard. • Transparent reporting delivered each month with actionable insights and next steps. Acceptance criteria: • Month-over-month growth in qualified traffic to product pages. • Clear lift in add-to-cart and completed checkout metrics attributable to social campaigns. • All creative assets delivered in editable formats and scheduled at least one week ahead.
