I have a single, sub-10-minute source video that first needs a clean, attention-holding full edit. From that master I then want several short clips carved out, with YouTube Shorts as the main target but formatted so they can also drop straight onto Instagram Reels or TikTok without further tweaks. Here is what matters to me: • You recognise the moments that hook viewers quickly and can trim them into snappy vertical pieces that respect each platform’s time limits (I’m flexible on exact duration per clip as long as it serves the hook and stays within each network’s max). • You deliver ready-to-upload files—proper 9:16 aspect, crisp captions if the moment calls for it, branded end-slate where appropriate, and export settings that keep quality high while staying lightweight. • Turnaround is fast; I’d like to move from raw footage to publish-ready assets without long idle stretches. • You can show prior shorts or reels you’ve cut so I can gauge pacing, text treatments, and overall polish.
