I am looking for an Adults' Social Worker to join a Learning Disability Team. This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience. About the team The team work in partnership with disabled adults to understand and support them in what they need. In this team they also promote independence for the adults whilst protecting them.
