The Sligh Block—our soon-to-rise luxury residential community with ground-floor retail in Grand Rapids, MI—. I now need a focused soft launch that drives genuine buzz to attract future tenants and commercial retailers while presenting the project as the city’s next landmark address. Here is what must happen during this pre-launch phase: • Content integration and polish - Embed floor plans and dimensions for every apartment type. - Upload high-resolution photos and 3-D virtual tours. - Display clear pricing information and real-time availability pulled from our property-management feed. • Compelling section build-outs - Apartment layouts and amenities showcased with concise copy and iconography. - Retail and commercial space details, including square footage ranges and foot-traffic projections. - A neighborhood guide highlighting nearby attractions, transit, parks, and dining. • Conversion & data capture - Prominent inquiry forms that route to HubSpot. - “Book a Tour” calendar integration for residential prospects and a separate “Request Leasing Packet” CTA for retailers. • Launch mechanics - Staging-to-live migration, SSL, Google Analytics 4, and basic SEO (titles, meta, schema for apartments and local business). - Cross-device testing to ensure fast loads and friction-free UX on mobile, tablet, and desktop. Acceptance criteria 1. All listed content is live, accurate, and visually consistent with the brand guidelines (provided after award). 2. Forms successfully pass test submissions to HubSpot and personal emails. 3. PageSpeed Insights scores 85+ mobile, 90+ desktop. 4. GA4 events fire for button clicks, form submissions, and virtual-tour launches. You will receive current site credentials, brand assets, CAD floor-plan exports, and the pricing sheet on kickoff. The soft launch is considered complete once the site meets the criteria above and we send a targeted email blast announcing it.
