I need a clean, watertight STEP file generated from my existing CAD so I can take the model straight to a 3-D printer. The part is purely mechanical, so dimensional accuracy and properly defined tolerances are critical. You may work in SolidWorks or Fusion 360—whichever gives you the best control over feature history and export settings. All I expect back is one .STEP file verified to open without errors and ready for slicing. If you see any geometry that could cause print issues (stray faces, non-manifold edges, reversed normals) please correct it before delivery and let me know what you adjusted. I can provide the current source file and any reference drawings the moment we start. Let me know your typical turnaround and anything else you need to get this mechanical part print-ready.
