I need a recruiting partner who can quickly find and pre-qualify the right people for a Cost Supervisor opening at a manufacturing plant. I will handle final interviews and offer negotiations myself; what I’m counting on you for is dedicated sourcing and first-round screening. Position Details – Role Being Recruited For Job Title: Cost Supervisor Sector: Plastics Manufacturing / Packaging Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (fully on-site) Required Experience: Minimum 7 years in the same field Your Responsibilities as a Recruiter Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and specialized professional networks Screen CVs against industry-specific criteria focused on plastics and packaging experience Conduct preliminary interviews and verify alignment of experience and skills Submit a qualified shortlist with a clear evaluation for each candidate Coordinate with company management to schedule final interviews Follow up with candidates through to completed hiring Complete the CV Screening Card for each candidate per the company's approved template, documenting the screening outcome (Suitable / Not Suitable / Needs Review) before submitting any CV to management Position Requirements – Cost Supervisor (Vacancy) Job Title: Cost Supervisor Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time – On-site at company headquarters Duties & Responsibilities Build reliable cost estimations for current and upcoming SKUs based on BOM data, machine-hour rates, labour, and overhead Track the operating budget in real time, flag overruns early, and identify variances against targets Analyse expenses weekly and translate ledger entries into clear, actionable insights for production and procurement teams Monitor waste and scrap costs across production lines and provide recommendations to reduce them Maintain a weekly updated dashboard and deliver a monthly report with cost optimisation recommendations Ensure every figure produced ties directly back to shop-floor reality Qualifications & Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CMA preferred) Minimum 7 years of experience in cost accounting or cost control Proven experience in plastics and packaging manufacturing specifically Proficiency in Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / SAP or equivalent ERP systems Advanced Excel and/or Power BI skills Good command of English Preferred Nationality Indian, Pakistani, or Jordanian
