We're looking for a creative designer to lead visual marketing for Summer Sales Campaign and Free Spa Session Giveaway, driving foot traffic, bookings, and social engagement. Responsibilities - Design flyers, posters, and social graphics announcing summer promotions and free session offers - print-ready brochures and service menus highlighting our treatments and pricing - campaign look (color palette, typography, imagery) reflecting a calm, spa-forward aesthetic - Instagram/Facebook post templates, stories, and countdown graphics to build hype - Design in-store signage and window posters for walk-in awareness - Deliver files print-ready (CMYK, bleed-safe) and web-optimized (RGB, social dimensions) Requirements - Proven portfolio in flyer/poster/social design (spa, wellness, or lifestyle brands a plus) - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign or Canva Pro - Understanding of print production specs and social media sizing - Strong sense of color, calm/luxury aesthetics, and brand consistency - Ability to work fast under seasonal deadlines - Bonus: basic Reels/motion graphics skills Deliverables (Initial Sprint) 1.
