I’m looking for a proactive talent manager who can keep our Spanish-speaking content creators fully operational while they focus on producing videos. Your top priority will be setting up new creator accounts and payment systems Key responsibilities • Register and verify creator profiles, linking bank or e-wallet details so revenue is released on time. • Troubleshoot identity or platform issues quickly, liaising with support teams until each case is closed. • Book accommodation for shoots, events or collaborations and oversee related logistics remotely. • Track daily task lists against each creator’s content plan; flag delays early and suggest fixes. • Maintain consistent performance metrics, stepping in whenever output or engagement dips. The role is 100 % remote. Strong Spanish is essential because the creators are based in Spain and Latin America; knowing Russian or Ukrainian would be an added advantage for internal communication.
