I have a batch of customer information that must be transferred into a clean, searchable spreadsheet. You will receive mixed source files—PDF invoices, email extracts, and a few handwritten notes—and I need every record captured with absolute accuracy. Scope of work • Create a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets, whichever you prefer) with clear columns for: Name, Address, Phone, Email, and detailed Purchase History (date, item, amount). • Enter every data point exactly as written, standardising formats where obvious (e.g., phone-number spacing) but never guessing missing details. • Remove duplicates, flag incomplete records, and keep a simple change log so I can trace any edits later. Deliverables 1. Completed spreadsheet containing all customer records. 2. Separate sheet listing any entries that were illegible or missing key fields. 3. Brief summary of your quality-check process. Acceptance criteria • 100 % of provided files accounted for. • No spelling errors or column misalignments. • Purchase histories aligned chronologically under each customer. Timeline is flexible for quality yet I’d like a first progress check after 48 hours.
