I need support handling a steady flow of numerical information that currently sits in various raw files. Your main focus will be: • Entering the numbers into clearly structured Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, following my column layout and file-naming conventions. • Cleaning and organizing the data as you go—removing duplicates, standardizing number formats, fixing obvious inconsistencies, and flagging anything that looks questionable. Accuracy is critical; totals must reconcile and every record must line up with its source. I will provide the raw files, the target template, and brief written guidelines. Regular check-ins over chat or email keep us on schedule, and I expect the first batch turned around within two days of receipt. If we work well together, there will be additional datasets to process. Proficiency in Excel functions such as conditional formatting, find/replace, and basic formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP) will help you spot and resolve issues quickly. Please only take this on if meticulous data entry is your strength and you’re comfortable working solely with numerical data.
