I’m sitting on a growing collection of Excel and Google Sheets that need to be transferred, verified, and enriched inside our online database. Accuracy is critical: every cell in the source spreadsheets must match the destination fields, with obvious errors or duplicates flagged along the way. Once the raw data is in, I’ll also ask you to do light web research whenever you spot missing details—things like locating a contact’s LinkedIn profile, confirming a product specification, or grabbing a supporting market statistic. Clear documentation of any sources you consult will help us keep the audit trail tight. Here’s how I see the workflow: • Import and validate all spreadsheet records in the database (I’ll provide access). • Cross-check entries for consistency, flagging typos, duplicates, or discrepancies. • Fill data gaps through quick, targeted online searches and note the URLs used. • Deliver an updated file or confirmation screenshots so I can review progress at each milestone. I’ll supply the first batch of spreadsheets the moment we start and stay available on chat for clarifications. If this initial hand-off runs smoothly, expect steady follow-on batches in the same format. Attention to detail and prompt communication will be the key markers of success.
