I need an end-to-end software solution built around a robust SQL datastore that can scale as our records grow. The application should streamline the way we collect, process, and act on information so my team no longer wastes hours on repetitive work. At a minimum the system must: • Automate data entry from multiple sources (CSV uploads, web forms, and future API feeds) while validating formats and catching duplicates in real time. • Generate scheduled and on-demand reports—both summary dashboards and exportable PDFs/Excel—so stakeholders always have up-to-date metrics. • Trigger notifications by email, SMS, or in-app alerts when configurable thresholds or events occur. • Remain flexible for “more” automation tasks we will define together once the core modules are stable. I’m open to your technical recommendations on the exact SQL flavour (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, etc.) as long as the codebase is clean, well-documented, and easy for another developer to extend. You’ll start by mapping the current data flow, proposing a schema, and outlining the automation logic. After we sign off, you’ll build the MVP, migrate an initial data set, and walk me through testing and deployment on a cloud host of your choice. Deliverables are the working application, source code in a private repo, concise setup documentation, and a short hand-off session. If everything runs smoothly, I have follow-on features queued up and would be happy to keep the collaboration going.
