I’ve just registered a new Shopify account for a product-based startup and need a developer who can transform it into a fully functioning store that’s ready to take orders from day one. The site’s sole purpose is straightforward: selling physical products, so everything you set up should focus on a quick, friction-free path from product page to checkout. Here’s what I need you to handle: • Store setup and theme customisation that matches my brand colours, typography and imagery. • Product catalogue configuration (I’ll supply the data and photos). • Secure payment gateway and shipping zone setup for my initial launch markets. • Integration and styling of a customer reviews feature so shoppers can post and read feedback directly on each product page. • Basic on-page SEO, Google Analytics/Shopify Analytics configuration and a quick performance pass to keep load times snappy. • A short hand-off session or screen-share so I know how to add products, process orders and moderate reviews once we go live. Acceptance criteria: the storefront must be responsive on mobile and desktop, checkout must process a test order successfully, and the review system must allow posting, editing and displaying star ratings without layout breaks. If you’ve launched Shopify sites before and can deliver clean, scalable code alongside native Shopify tools and Liquid, I’d love to get this moving right away.
