A Siemens PCS 7 system in my steel plant needs a complete round of engineering work. The scope spans fresh system configuration, PLC-level programming with STEP 7, WinCC HMI updates, thorough debugging of existing blocks, and routine maintenance or upgrade activities that keep the installation stable for the long haul. Current set-up uses S7-400 hardware and PCS 7 V9.0. I will supply the present project archive, network drawings, and a brief list of pain points. You will connect remotely at first, diagnose the code and configuration, implement the required changes, then stay online during plant trials until everything runs without faults. Deliverables • Revised PCS 7 project file (including CFC/SFC charts, hardware config, WinCC graphics) • Change log and commented source so future engineers can follow the logic • Short commissioning checklist confirming alarms, interlocks, and recipes were tested successfully If you are comfortable working with large I/O counts, redundant servers, and the typical challenges of a continuous-process steel mill, this should be straightforward. Remote VPN access and direct contact with our on-site electrician are ready as soon as we agree on milestones.
