Descripción de la oferta

I need a complete RFEM model and calculation package that shows, step by step, how my steel spiral staircase performs under the factored area loads I will supply. The sole objective is to quantify load-bearing capacity for normal human traffic; furniture, equipment, wind and snow are outside the scope. Please use Dlubal RFEM throughout, documenting every assumption, member property, boundary condition and load combination so I can reproduce or audit the work later. The final package should include the native *.rf5 file, a concise PDF report with utilisation ratios, deflection checks and a short narrative of your approach, plus any spreadsheets you generate. I will provide the architectural drawings, material grades and the factored live-load values. You may follow whichever code you find most efficient, but reference the factored area loads exactly as given. My priority is a transparent calculation trail and clear confirmation that the staircase meets—or exceeds—the required capacity without overstress or excessive deflection.
