I need a detailed design for a steel stud exterior wall for a residential building. The wall must meet specific requirements for insulation properties and weather resistance, including handling wind load and accommodating track fasteners. The building is a Red iron steel building, and the exterior walls are inset between red iron steel columns, and below a red iron beam. The steel stud wall dimensions are approximately 10' tall and 25' wide. The steel studs are 8" wide and will be spaced every 16". I'd like to use a polyiso thermal break on the exterior of the wall. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in designing steel stud walls, particularly for residential applications. - Strong understanding of insulation materials and techniques. - Expertise in weather resistance and wind load calculations. - Ability to incorporate track fasteners into the design. - A portfolio showcasing past relevant work is essential.
