Descripción de la oferta

I need a robust hardware platform built around an STM32 MCU that can sit inside a power-plant environment, pull data from existing equipment over RS-232 and RS-485, and forward it through a Quectel EC200 LTE module using an eSIM. The board must work off mains power yet seamlessly fall back to an internal battery when the line drops, so the power-supply stage needs both an AC/DC front end and a battery-charging circuit with automatic switchover. Core requirements • Schematic and routed PCB (Altium, KiCad or similar) incorporating STM32 + EC200 + eSIM socket • Galvanically-isolated RS-232 and RS-485 transceivers suitable for industrial noise levels • Wide-temperature components and protection for surge, reverse polarity and ESD • On-board power path management for dual supply (mains & battery) with status monitoring pins Deliverables 1. Complete schematic files, PCB gerbers, pick-and-place and 3D step files 2. Well-annotated BOM with manufacturer part numbers and second sources where practical 3. Brief hardware bring-up guide describing test points and firmware loader access Acceptance criteria • Board boots the STM32 and registers the EC200 on an LTE network via eSIM in the lab • RS-232/485 ports pass loop-back and 1 kV surge tests without data loss • Switchover to battery occurs with <50 ms interruption at 500 mA load If you have shipped similar industrial designs, especially with STM32 and Quectel radios, I’d like to see a quick portfolio snippet alongside your proposed timeline and preferred CAD tool.
