I’m looking for a clean, well-documented script that can log in to Stock Edge, navigate to the sections I specify, and extract the key market information I’m tracking. The core aim is simple: once the script runs, I want a file waiting for me with the latest data—ready to plug straight into my existing analysis pipeline. Here’s what matters most to me: • Flexibility – I may begin with one data set (for example, daily price snapshots) and later add historical series or company news. Please structure your code so new endpoints or fields can be bolted on with minimal rework. • Reliability – Stock Edge occasionally changes class names and page layouts. Build with a resilient approach (Selenium or Playwright with meaningful wait conditions, CSS/XPath fallbacks, error logging). • Straightforward output – CSV is fine to start; if you prefer pandas, just save to .csv at the end. I can later point the script at a database if the framework is clear. • Hands-off scheduling – a short note or sample cron/Task Scheduler command that shows me how to automate the job once the script is on my server will seal the deal.
