I’m looking to tighten up our procurement and purchasing function so it runs faster, cleaner, and with fewer manual touch-points. The core of the engagement is end-to-end process efficiency, and I want to tackle it from three angles: vendor selection, purchase-order management, and tender management. Here’s what I need: • Vendor selection – mapping our current supplier base, establishing clear evaluation criteria, and recommending high-value additions or replacements. • Purchase order management – redesigning the PO workflow, automating repetitive steps with Microsoft Office tools or Power BI where it makes sense, and setting metrics for turnaround time. • Tender management – standardising tender documents, introducing an auditable scoring model, and configuring dashboards so progress is visible in real time. I’ll provide current SOPs, spend data, and access to our Microsoft 365 environment; you bring the supply-chain know-how and a knack for simple, data-driven fixes. If you’re comfortable blending traditional procurement practices with modern analytics or light AI tools, we should be a great fit. Deliverables are a refreshed set of workflows, practical templates I can hand straight to the team, and a brief report showing before-and-after cycle times so we can quantify the efficiency gains.
