I need an experienced contractor to handle a mix of structural and cosmetic work on my property. The primary task is structural repair—please be ready to inspect, diagnose, and reinforce any compromised load-bearing elements so the building is sound before we move on to surface finishes. Once the structural issues are secured, I also want every visible surface looking fresh. Cosmetic repairs are required on interior walls, exterior walls, and all floors. Inside, several walls show cracks and areas of paint peeling that must be filled, skim-coated, and repainted to a uniform finish. Outside, the façade needs patching where masonry has flaked and then a weather-resistant coat. Floors—mainly hardwood and a small concrete section—should be levelled, refinished, or resurfaced as appropriate.
