I’m getting ready to break ground on my personal residence in Sambhal, U.P. 244302 and need a structural engineer to guide the project from drawings all the way through site execution. The assignment covers three clear areas: • Design & drafting – convert my preliminary layout into detailed structural drawings (AutoCAD or similar) that align with local bylaws and seismic zone requirements. • Load calculations & analysis – provide complete calculations (preferably in STAAD Pro / ETABS) covering gravity, wind / seismic loads, plus a concise design report I can submit for approval. • Construction supervision – periodic site visits or remote oversight to ensure the contractor follows the approved drawings, answer RFI’s, and sign-off at key milestones. I’ll supply my concept plan and soil report as soon as we start; you return stamped drawings, calculation sheets, a materials take-off, and short visit reports or photo logs for each inspection.
