I want to create a digital platform that helps students map out and launch a successful career in IT. The core idea is an easy-to-use space where a student can identify interests, understand industry pathways, track skill acquisition, and ultimately connect with real opportunities. Because the audience is exclusively students, the interface and content need to feel approachable yet aspirational—think clear guidance, jargon-free explanations, and motivating visuals. I’m open on the exact form factor; whether you propose a responsive website, a progressive web app, or another solution, I’m interested in what will give students the smoothest experience on both mobile and desktop. Key areas I’d like you to address: • User onboarding that quickly captures a learner’s current level and goals • A personalised dashboard showing recommended learning paths and milestones • Space to integrate features such as a résumé builder, curated job or internship listings, or virtual career-counselling sessions (you can suggest which of these make most sense for a first release) • A lightweight, modular back-end so new content or tools can be plugged in without a full rebuild Deliverables: 1. Functional MVP with deployed demo link 2. Source code and documentation for future maintenance 3. Brief hand-off session (recording acceptable) explaining architecture, admin functions, and how to extend the platform Tech stack is flexible; common choices like React, Vue, Laravel, Django, or Node are all fine so long as they keep hosting costs reasonable and allow straightforward scaling. After awarding the project, we’ll kick off with a short discovery call where I’ll share existing brand assets and any reference material I’ve gathered.
