This is a streamlined way to see at a glance how each student is doing both behavior-wise and academically. The priority is behavior tracking, but I also need the same dashboard to surface three performance indicators—grades and test scores, class participation, and assignment completion—for every learner. Here is what I have in mind: • One consolidated dashboard that I can filter by class, date range, individual student, or behavior category. • Visual cues (traffic-light indicators, charts, or badges) that highlight positive behavior patterns as well as areas of concern. • Side-by-side widgets for the three academic metrics so I immediately see how behavior correlates with grades, participation, and homework turn-in rates. • Simple data-entry forms or an import routine so staff can feed new records from a spreadsheet, SIS export, or manual entry without extra coding every time. • Secure user roles—teachers can enter data for their classes, admin can view everything. • Export buttons for quick PDF or CSV pulls would be a bonus, but the live dashboard is the primary deliverable. I’m flexible on the platform—whether you prefer Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or AITools on a lightweight custom web app—so long as the final product is intuitive and can be maintained with minimal tech support. Acceptance criteria 1. Fully functional, filterable dashboard delivered on the agreed-upon platform. 2. Sample dataset loaded so I can test each filter, chart, and behavior log. 3. Clear hand-off documentation or video walkthrough showing how to add new data and adjust visuals in the future.
