Title: Design suburb-specific real estate display adverts (REA / realestate.com.au) — one master template + multiple suburb variations Project overview I'm a Buyers Agent and I want a professional, eye-catching display advert to run on realestate.com.au (REA), promoting my buyer's agent service. I need the same advert reproduced for multiple suburbs — the layout, wording, branding and colours stay identical, and only the hero/background image changes to suit each suburb. Think of it as one master design plus a set of "swap the photo" variations. What I need One master advert template with my branding, headline, service message and contact details. A batch of suburb variations built from that master — identical design, with the background image changed to reflect each suburb (streetscape, local landmark, or supplied photo). Clean, editable source files so I can update photos or add suburbs myself later (or come back to you for updates). Ad sizes required (REA specs) Med Rec (MREC) — 300 × 250 pixels Half Page — 300 × 600 pixels Max file size: 80KB per ad (each export must be optimised to stay under this limit while still looking sharp) Each suburb variation needs to be delivered in both sizes, designed so the layout and text read cleanly in each format. Deliverables Editable master file (please note the software — e.g. Canva, Photoshop/PSD, Illustrator/AI, or Figma). Final web-ready export of each suburb variation in both sizes (300 × 250 and 300 × 600), each under 80KB (JPG or PNG), ready to upload to REA. High-resolution source files so I can reuse or update the designs later. What I'll provide My logo, brand colours and contact details. The advert copy / headline (or I'm open to your suggestions). The list of suburbs (starting with a handful, likely expanding over time). Reference examples of the style I'm after. Important I previously ran a "Don't Buy Blind"–style advert that didn't perform, so I'm after a fresh, clean, high-converting design — not a copy of that one.
