I am ready to take our firm’s existing client experience and move it into a best-in-class SuiteDash portal that looks and feels like the modern wealth-management and family-office platforms our clients are accustomed to. The build must mirror the visual language already established on our website and in our legacy portal—fonts, colour palette, icon style, tone—so the transition feels seamless to clients and internal advisors alike. Core objectives • Transform SuiteDash from a generic CRM into a branded, premium portal. • Streamline every touch-point—from first log-in through ongoing performance reviews—so clients feel informed, in control, and cared for. Key features to be developed 1. Client Dashboard 2. Investment performance tracking A clean, data-rich dashboard that pulls performance metrics from our reporting source (API or CSV import; we can discuss the most efficient method) and presents them in interactive charts and tables. 3. Document management Granular folder structure with role-based permissions, version control, and secure e-signature integration for statements and agreements. 4. Action items tracking Task lists visible to both client and advisor, with status updates, due-date reminders, and automated nudges to keep everyone accountable. Design expectations – Minimal loading screens, intuitive navigation, and mobile responsiveness. – UI to match our website; I will provide brand guidelines, HEX codes, and sample layouts. – Figma (or similar) prototypes approved before anything is built in SuiteDash. Technical workflow Once designs are signed off, configure SuiteDash spaces, custom fields, automations, and role matrices; migrate existing client data; then perform a staged rollout to a pilot group before full launch. Acceptance criteria • All four feature sets function without errors in both desktop and mobile views. • Branding passes internal review against our style guide. • Pilot group can complete onboarding, view performance, download/upload documents, and close at least one action item without assistance. • Final hand-off includes a brief Loom walkthrough and documentation of automations and custom CSS/JS tweaks.
