Inspection Work List Visit the supplier's factory in Noida. Verify the factory address and supplier identity. Confirm the machine is physically available. Start a live WhatsApp/Google Meet video call with me. Show the machine from all sides. Measure the machine dimensions (Length × Width × Height). Confirm the oil tank capacity is 80 liters. Check the stainless steel quality and thickness. Inspect welding quality and finishing. Check the frame strength and stability. Verify the gas burner brand and specifications. Start the burner and demonstrate ignition. Run the machine for 15–20 minutes. Check for gas leakage. Check the oil drain valve operation. Check all valves, knobs, and controls. Verify all accessories included with the machine. Check wheels/casters and locking mechanism (if provided). Record close-up videos of important parts. Take 30–50 high-quality photos. Show the manufacturer's nameplate and serial number. Verify the machine matches the quotation/specification. Ask the supplier about warranty and after-sales service. Report any defects, damage, rust, dents, or poor workmanship. Give an honest opinion on the overall build quality. Submit all photos, videos, and a brief inspection report after the visit.
