Automation Specialist Needed for Supplier Price List Processing & Upload Workflow We are looking for an experienced automation specialist to automate the processing and uploading of supplier price lists. Current Workflow Every day, we receive supplier price lists from different sources, including: Supplier websites Telegram Website scraping/parsing The received files are then processed in Excel. For each supplier/file type, we already have a detailed step-by-step instruction describing exactly how the file should be processed, including: Renaming columns Removing unnecessary columns Adding new columns Filtering specific data Changing data formats Applying required transformations Preparing the final file structure for upload After the file is processed: The final file is uploaded to our admin panel. Information about the completed upload is recorded in Google Sheets for statistics and tracking. What We Need We would like to automate the entire workflow as much as possible: Receive/download file → Process file according to predefined rules → Upload it to our admin panel → Record the result in Google Sheets Ideally, the process should run automatically or require minimal human involvement. We will provide: Detailed processing instructions for each supplier Example source files Access/details required for the workflow A video showing one complete process from beginning to end First Stage Initially, we want to automate the workflow for one supplier only. After the first automation is successfully implemented and tested, we plan to gradually add more suppliers, each with their own file formats and processing rules. Therefore, it is important that the solution is designed in a way that can be easily scaled and extended in the future. Requirements We are looking for someone with experience in areas such as: Workflow automation Excel / CSV file processing Python, n8n, Make, Power Automate, or similar automation tools Web scraping / file downloading API integrations Browser automation, if required Google Sheets integration Automated file uploads to web-based admin panels Error handling and logging The exact technology stack is open for discussion. We are interested in a reliable and maintainable solution rather than a specific tool. Questions for Applicants Please include the following information in your proposal: Have you implemented similar automation workflows before? What technologies would you recommend for this project? What would be the approximate cost to automate one supplier workflow? How much time would you estimate for the first implementation? How would you structure the solution so that additional suppliers can be added later without rebuilding the entire system? Please feel free to briefly describe similar projects you have completed.
