I need a labour contractor who can quickly mobilise and manage a full workforce of up to 5,000 construction professionals for several commercial-scale sites across Gujarat. These crews must already be versed in commercial standards and able to deploy in coordinated teams without lengthy lead-in time. The scope covers: • Masonry and bricklaying • Electrical and plumbing installation and maintenance • Steelwork and welding for structural frames and fittings All personnel must hold the appropriate trade certifications, safety training, and identification required under Gujarat and central labour regulations. I will provide project schedules and site locations; you will supply verified headcounts, handle attendance and payroll, and ensure strict adherence to site safety, quality checks, and statutory compliance.
