I need someone for a very easy, low-volume customer chat support role using the Chaport mobile app. This is a 7-day paid trial that may become an ongoing monthly side job. The workload is extremely small: * Usually only 1–3 customer tickets per day * Each ticket normally requires only 2–3 short replies * Some days may have no messages * Most replies take less than one minute * You do not need to sit at a computer or stay online Chaport sends a notification directly to your phone. You simply open the notification and send the appropriate reply. I will provide ready-made answers and simple step-by-step response flows covering almost every conversation. Most of the work will involve copying or slightly adjusting a prepared response. You do not need advanced technical knowledge. Any complicated technical, payment, refund or security question will be passed to me. The only important requirement is that you normally reply within one hour when you are awake and available. This is not 24/7 work, and you are not expected to answer while sleeping. This role may be suitable for an IT or computer-science student looking for a very small and easy side job. Trial payment: * $15 for 7 days * If the trial goes well, the ongoing payment will be $50–60 per month * Payment will be reviewed if the number of tickets increases significantly Requirements: * Good written English * A smartphone with reliable notifications * Usually able to reply within one hour * Able to follow simple prepared instructions * Basic familiarity with Windows RDP or VPS hosting is helpful but not required You will receive access only to the customer-support chat.
