Supreme Court Motion Drafting

I have a working draft of a motion and accompanying complaint under Georgia’s Open Records Act § 50-18-70 that I intend to file directly with the Supreme Court. I need a detail-minded paralegal to turn that rough document into a fully polished, court-ready pleading. The core tasks are: • Restructure and tighten the argument so it meets Supreme Court formatting rules (caption, jurisdictional statement, statement of facts, argument, prayer for relief, certificate of service). • Verify every citation—statutes, regulations and Georgia case law—using Bluebook style, updating authorities where necessary. • Ensure the complaint language tracks the exact elements of § 50-18-70, clearly setting out the records requested, the agency’s refusal, and the relief sought. • Check that exhibits are referenced correctly and assemble an exhibit index. I do have a preliminary draft in Word, so you’ll be refining rather than starting from scratch. At this stage I’m not certain what additional changes might be needed; as you review the draft, flag any substantive gaps or procedural issues you spot and suggest fixes. Please be comfortable working independently, familiar with Georgia appellate rules, and able to turn revisions quickly once I give feedback. Deliverables are the finalized Word document and a PDF version ready for electronic filing.
