We are Cloudify, a company that develops accounting integrations between e-commerce platforms and accounting software. We are currently enhancing our Shopify ↔ Fortnox integration app and are looking for an experienced Fortnox consultant/accountant to review our accounting logic and validate our implementation. Scope • Review the full flow of e-commerce sales, payments, refunds, and related inventory movements that our integration now sends to Fortnox. • Focus especially on tax compliance and VAT reporting, including the EU OSS scheme. I want to know that the correct VAT codes, rates, and account numbers are triggered for domestic, EU, and export orders. • Flag any deviations from standard Swedish bookkeeping or Fortnox conventions, and suggest the precise account or setting that should change. Deliverables 1. A 30-minute-1hr walk-through call so I can clarify anything and prioritise fixes. Acceptance criteria • All sales, VAT, and inventory journal entries you mark as “pass” reconcile to the Shopify order totals and Fortnox VAT reports without manual adjustments. • Any corrections you recommend are referenced with the exact Fortnox account numbers or settings to change. Tools & access No coding or API work is expected—just solid Fortnox and Swedish accounting expertise.
