We are a fast-paced digital marketing agency looking to bring a Systeme.io and Circle.so expert onto our team as a dedicated implementation partner. This is not a "one-and-done" project; we have a consistent pipeline of client work, including complex sales funnels, automated email architectures, and private community rollouts. We are searching for a detail-oriented technician who wants to build a reliable, long-term working relationship with us rather than chasing short-term gigs. Who You Are You are more than just a "drag-and-drop" user. You are comfortable diving into the back-end of these platforms to execute exact specifications. You pride yourself on pixel-perfect execution; when we hand you a Figma design or a copy document, you implement it with 100% fidelity—not "close enough." You are proactive in your communication and treat quality assurance (QA) as a non-negotiable part of your workflow. Core Technical Requirements Systeme.io Proficiency: Architecting complex sales funnels and marketing automation sequences from scratch. Advanced HTML/CSS integration: You must be able to build custom-coded landing pages using raw HTML/CSS (not relying solely on Systeme.io’s native template library). Setting up sophisticated email automation workflows, including conditional logic, tagging strategies, and subscriber segmentation. Troubleshooting and repairing existing broken funnels or misconfigured automation paths with minimal oversight. Circle.so Proficiency: Structuring new communities from the ground up, including space architecture, category organization, and user permissions. Configuring membership areas and course modules within Circle for seamless content delivery. Connecting Circle with Systeme.io and other external tools via APIs, Zapier, or native integrations to ensure smooth member syncing and onboarding. Designing intuitive member onboarding sequences to improve engagement and retention. General Workflow Expectations: Fidelity to Assets: You will receive completed designs (via Figma/XD) and finalized copy—your job is to implement these source files accurately, not to act as a designer or copywriter. QA-Driven: You will test all implementations thoroughly before handing off, providing us with a QA report that outlines what was built, what was tested, and any known issues. Clear Communication: You ask clarifying questions when something is ambiguous and provide regular progress updates without being prompted. Compensation & Engagement We operate on a project/task-based pricing model. Rather than a fixed hourly rate or a vague monthly retainer upfront, we will agree on a specific fixed price per task (e.g., per funnel built, per community setup).
