I’m converting a 1,000 sq ft unit into a takeaway and now need a professional CAD floor plan that satisfies both Building Control and my builder. You’ll be working from the existing digital drawings I already hold, refining them into a clear, scaled layout that shows every room and zone with accurate measurements of all spaces. The finished plan must be suitable for submission to Building Control—so line weights, annotations, and scaling should follow UK standards—and practical enough for the site team to build from. Please deliver the editable DWG (AutoCAD or compatible) plus a PDF ready for print. I’ll supply the current digital files and any additional site notes the moment we start; you return a first draft, we review together, and you incorporate any tweaks needed to secure approval.
