I run a manufacturing company and rely on Tally Prime every day, but the out-of-the-box features don’t fit our factory workflow. I need an experienced TDL developer to tailor the software so it feels purpose-built for us. Inventory Management – Create clear stock categorization that mirrors our production lines. – Enable batch-wise tracking from raw material intake to finished goods dispatch. – Set smart reorder levels that alert us before shortages slow the shop floor. Invoicing & Billing – Design branded invoice templates that pull the exact data we want, laid out the way our clients expect. – Build automated email/SMS reminders to follow up on overdue payments and keep cash flow healthy. (If you can also handle multi-currency down the road, great—we may add it later.) Financial Reporting We need concise, factory-focused reports that combine production costs, overhead allocation, and sales figures so management can see true margins at a glance. Deliverables 1. Well-documented TDL code or separate modules for each area above. 2. A short user guide and walkthrough video for my accounts team. 3. On-site or remote testing session to be sure everything posts correctly in live data. Acceptance Criteria • Zero errors in day-end data integrity checks. • Batch and reorder alerts fire at the right triggers. • Invoices render correctly in PDF and print. • Custom reports balance with Tally’s core financials.
