I’m hiring fluent Tamil speakers to join our Patna contact-centre team for a leading telecommunications brand. This is an on-site, full-time customer-service role focused exclusively on answering inbound calls from Tamil-speaking customers. You’ll greet callers, log each interaction in our CRM, resolve basic network or recharge queries and escalate technical issues when necessary. Clear Tamil, polite phone etiquette and the ability to follow call-flow scripts are essential; basic Hindi or English will help when coordinating internally. Previous call-centre or telecom experience is appreciated but not mandatory—thorough product and system training is provided before you hit the floor. Compensation is ₹30,000+ per month, and all daily meals are covered. Shifts run on a rotation, so reliability and punctuality matter.
