Developed a web-based Task & Project Management application for a small business to help their team manage daily work more efficiently. The application allows users to create projects, assign tasks, monitor progress, and collaborate from a single dashboard. The system includes secure login, user role management (Admin and Team Members), project creation, task assignment, due date tracking, task status updates, and a simple analytics dashboard showing project progress. It also features notifications, search and filter options, and a fully responsive interface for desktop and mobile devices. The project was built using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) with REST APIs and JWT-based authentication to ensure secure access.
