I’m preparing a short, high-impact learning program that sharpens teamwork skills for working professionals, with a clear outcome: stronger, faster problem-solving on the job. What I need from you is a complete training package that I can roll out to mixed-department groups with minimal rework. This should include: • A concise facilitator guide that maps 60-, 90- and 120-minute workshop options. • Slide deck and participant workbook designed for live or virtual delivery. • Two engaging, real-world scenarios where attendees must collaborate to diagnose an issue and agree on a solution under time pressure. • A simple pre- and post-session assessment so we can measure the uplift in problem-solving confidence and behaviour. I value practical, interactive material over theory-heavy lectures, so build in activities such as breakout discussions, role plays or digital whiteboard exercises.
