I’m looking for a proactive salesperson who can identify, approach and convert small businesses into loyal clients specifically for our web development and web application packages. You will have the freedom to shape outreach tactics—whether that’s cold calls, LinkedIn networking, email sequences or strategic partnerships—as long as the approach keeps the pipeline active and transparent. A solid understanding of technical concepts is important so you can translate features into clear business value during conversations with non-technical founders and managers. Deliverables I expect: • A steady flow of qualified small-business leads interested in web development or web application work • Clear tracking of outreach efforts, conversations and next steps (CRM or shared spreadsheet is fine) • Closed deals documented with scope, timeline and agreed budget • Brief weekly update summarising progress, challenges and resource needs If you’re comfortable speaking the language of small-business owners and can sell web projects with confidence, let’s talk about commission structure and get started.
