1. Invention Overview The invention is a phone case (100) featuring two integrated sliding ring components (101, 102) housed within elongated grooves (201, 202) on the rear surface (110) of the case. Each ring includes a small protruding nub (301, 302) that allows the user to pull the ring outward from its groove. 2. Components 2.1 Finger Ring (101) A circular or semi circular loop sized to fit around the user’s middle finger. • Retracted position: ring sits flush within groove (201). • Extended position: ring slides outward along groove (201) until fully accessible. 2.2 Wrist Ring (102) A larger loop sized to encircle the user’s wrist. • Retracts fully into groove (202). • Slides outward when needed to provide a secondary anchor point stabilising the device against the wrist or forearm. 2.3 Groove Mechanism (201, 202) Each groove contains a track and slot configuration (400) that retains the rings during sliding motion. Grooves may include: • Stops (401) • Detents (402) • Friction fit retention features (403) These secure the rings in both retracted and extended positions. 3. Function When both rings (101, 102) are extended and worn simultaneously, the phone becomes anchored to the user’s hand and wrist. This reduces grip effort and enables comfortable hands free or low effort viewing, particularly when lying down or reclining. 4.
