I need a reliable hand to take over the entire scheduling flow for our technical interviews. You will coordinate between candidates and our engineering panel, find mutually convenient time slots, and lock them in using Google Calendar and the native Zoom Scheduler so every invite already contains the correct meeting link. Here’s what success looks like for me: • Candidates receive a professional, error-free invite within 24 hours of availability confirmation. • All interviewer calendars reflect the booking and any changes in real time through Google Calendar. • Zoom links are embedded automatically, with meeting settings (waiting room on, recording off) preset. • A brief status sheet is updated daily so I can see which candidates are confirmed, pending, or rescheduled. If you’ve managed technical-level interview pipelines before—especially with Google Workspace and Zoom—this should be straightforward. Clear communication and quick turnaround are more important to me than volume; we average 5–10 bookings a week right now but that may grow.
