I have a steady flow of shortlisted candidates moving through our hiring funnel and want an experienced HR professional to step in at the technical-interview stage. Your focus will be to run structured, competency-based technical interviews, probe deeply into each applicant’s skillset, and provide clear, actionable feedback that helps me decide who advances. You will receive a brief on the role requirements, the evaluation rubric, and access to our calendar and ATS. From there, I expect you to: • schedule and conduct each interview over Zoom or Microsoft Teams, • keep the conversation on track while still allowing candidates to demonstrate real-world problem-solving, and • submit a concise scorecard and narrative summary within 24 hours of every call.
