Job Description We are looking for a Technical Caller who can communicate with potential customers, explain technical solutions at a high level, and identify business opportunities. The ideal candidate does not need to be a deep technical expert, but should have a basic understanding of software, technology products, or IT concepts and be comfortable speaking with technical and non-technical people. This role requires strong English communication skills, confidence on phone calls, and the ability to learn new technical concepts quickly. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services Communicate clearly with prospects in English and understand their needs Explain technical solutions in simple, easy-to-understand language Qualify leads and collect relevant customer information Schedule meetings with interested prospects Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and messages Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer feedback Work closely with the sales and technical teams Requirements Fluent or highly proficient English communication skills (non-native speakers are welcome) Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with customers Basic technical knowledge or interest in technology Ability to understand software, SaaS, websites, AI tools, cloud services, or IT solutions at a basic level Strong communication and listening skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Willingness to learn new technical concepts quickly Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer support, business development, or technical support Experience working with software products or technology companies Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Experience communicating with business owners, developers, or IT teams Compensation Competitive hourly rate or monthly salary (based on experience) Remote position Flexible working hours How to Apply Please send: Resume/CV Short introduction video (2 ~ 3 minutes)
