I already have the foundations of two Python-based bots—one for Telegram and one for Discord—built for customer-support conversations. Some modules (commands, reply handlers, and basic APIs) are finished, but other pieces still need coding, testing, and, most importantly, stable 24/7 hosting. Here’s what I need from you: • Complete any missing logic so both bots cover the full support workflow. • Package each bot for reliable deployment, ideally with environment variables for tokens and webhooks. • Host them on a platform that keeps latency low and uptime high—AWS, Heroku, Railway, or another service you prefer—as long as both Telegram and Discord endpoints stay online continuously. • Set up auto-restart on failure, simple logging, and a way for me to update configs without touching the code. • Provide short, clear documentation that shows how to redeploy or scale in the future. Success is measured by seeing both bots live, answering test queries on their respective channels without crashes for 48 hours, and clean code pushed to my Git repo with your deployment notes.
